What 2025 looked like from inside Axidian

The year is coming to a close, which makes it a good moment to put our work into perspective and capture what this year actually looked like for the Axidian team.

Over the past year, Axidian expanded its partner ecosystem and welcomed 30 new partners. We also spent a lot of time on the road, taking part in 36 industry events across 8 countries. These trips weren’t about visibility alone — they helped us better understand regional needs and stay connected to the realities our customers face.

On the product side, this year brought tangible progress. We launched a new ITDR product and delivered 12 new features across our existing solutions. Continuous product work and close collaboration with customers resulted in a 97% NPS score, while the average support response time stayed under one day.

Content and knowledge sharing remained an important part of our work. Throughout the year, Axidian published 48 blog articles and 165 LinkedIn posts, reaching almost 10 000 followers on our LinkedIn. Some posts reached 100% engagement rate, which showed strong interest in practical, experience-based discussions around access management and related security topics.
