Axidian took part in IDC Security Summit Saudi Arabia, where cybersecurity professionals, technology leaders, and industry experts gathered to discuss the challenges shaping security programs across the Kingdom.

Throughout the event, the Axidian team met with customers, partners, and security practitioners working to balance stronger protection with increasingly complex regulatory requirements.

Georgy Ovanesyan presented a practical view of Saudi compliance

As part of the summit agenda, Georgy Ovanesyan, CEO at Axidian, delivered a session titled “What All Saudi Compliance Frameworks Agree On.”

The presentation was based on Axidian’s analysis of four major Saudi regulatory frameworks — NCA, SAMA, CST, and SDAIA — and explored the security principles they have in common.

Rather than reviewing every individual requirement, the session focused on identifying common controls that help organizations simplify compliance efforts while maintaining a practical approach to security.

Compliance becomes more manageable when organizations focus on common requirements

Saudi organizations often operate under multiple regulatory frameworks at the same time, making compliance a continuous operational task.

The session explored how overlapping requirements can be addressed through shared security controls instead of treating every framework as a separate project. This approach helps reduce duplicated effort while supporting consistent governance across different environments.

Axidian solutions support compliance and access governance

Addressing regulatory requirements often starts with gaining better control over identities and access. Axidian supports this approach through a portfolio of identity security solutions, including Axidian Access for identity and access management (IAM), Axidian Privilege for privileged access management (PAM), Axidian Shield for identity threat detection and response (ITDR), and Axidian CertiFlow for public key infrastructure (PKI) and certificate lifecycle management. Together, these solutions help organizations strengthen security controls while supporting compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
